Data we collect

When you fill in the quote form: name, email address, phone number, job address, floor, type of object to move and preferred date. These fields are needed to produce an offer.

When you browse the site: aggregated audience data via Google Analytics (page views, traffic source, device type, country).

Purposes and legal basis

Form data is processed to answer your quote request and carry out the job. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Audience data is processed on the basis of your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

Quote requests with no follow-up: 12 months. Client files: 10 years, in line with Belgian accounting obligations. Audience data: 14 months.

Recipients

Your data is passed to the lift operator handling your job and to our technical processors: Vercel (hosting) and Google (analytics). It is never sold.

Some of these processors may handle data outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

The site sets one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembering your language, plus Google Analytics measurement cookies. You can block them in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to info@liftbelgique.be; we answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be).
